Why is nothing working? Why Anorexia, Bulimia, and Binge Eating Recovery have a Greater Than 60% Long-Term Failure Rate

For decades, eating disorders have been treated with the same outdated strategies that focus on weight management, nutrition, talk therapy, and pharmaceuticals. Yet despite the massive cost of these therapies, recovery rates remain under 50%. Eating disorders also have the highest death rate of any “mental heath” disorder. Something is not working, and it is time to rethink eating disorder treatment.

What you will learn in the webinar

Maybe you have tried talk therapy, only to hear “I’ll see you next week…” after 60 minutes, only to return home to the same triggers, struggles, and patterns. Or perhaps you have gone to inpatient therapy, only to get worse when you left. If you have exhausted your time, efforts, and resources on therapies that do not work, perhaps there is another way.

How Traditional Eating Disorder and Binge Eating Treatment is Failing to Heal Patients

The average cost of having an eating disorder is calculated at over $26,000 annually in therapy, nutritionists, and lost work. Inpatient therapy is ~$50-70,000 per month. Yet year after year, you find yourself struggling with food & weight obsession, binge eating, bulimia, or restriction.

What is the Root Cause of Eating Disorders, and Why is Nobody Addressing this Critical Issue?

Eating disorders have been treated as a mental illness, a chemical imbalance, a weight issue, a lack of willpower,  and often, an inconvenient / expensive problem for families. What if eating disorders stem from something entirely different, and once you focus on the common root, the urges simply went away?

How Indigenous Wisdom, Cutting-Edge Science, and an Ancient Understanding of the Body Dissolves the Addictive Urges Associated with Disordered Eating

Indigenous cultures have always known that the body is inextricably linked to nature, community, and “creator” or “Source.” Yet our Western civilized life has cut us off from the very things that give us life. We will discuss how connection dissolves addiction, as well as advances in science in understanding how the body heals the mind.

If You are Tired of Investing Thousands into Therapies Medications, Nutritionists, and Inpatient Treatments that DO NOT Work

In this webinar we will discuss how traditional eating disorder treatment often makes the problem worse, cementing an identity and reinforcing the root cause. We will then show how connection to your own power through nature, source, community, and your body dissolves addictive urges.

Here's what past attendees are saying

"No matter what I have tried over the years, it always comes back when I am stressed. I was tired of the cycle and my body was giving out. I now understand how to shut it off and lead or soothe myself."

M. Franklin

"As a man, it was embarrassing to admit how much I was struggling with food and my body. It helps to have a community where I felt safe working through this, and not having to leave home or work duties. 10/10 would recommend of you deal with food or body image issues.”

M. Levine

"When I left ******** (edited) after 2 months of inpatient therapy things got worse. I went back to the same stressors and triggers at home and my eating disorder got very serious. I felt kind of hopeless. My parents were tired of dealing with it. My friends didn’t understand and would tell me to just stop. I couldn’t just stop. My therapist told me about this course and we decided why not. I am so grateful I did. I still have far to go, but I finally see the pattern and know what needs to be done to change this.I have moved to a different state and started at a new school for college and I feel hopeful for thee first time in years.
